How can I modify my order?
Please contact us to request changes to your order.
Where can I find information on my order status and order tracking information?
Once you have placed your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you by EXFO Store. Any subsequent communication regarding your order status and tracking information will be sent by EXFO sales team.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Our store currently accepts credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Amex).
Are there any spending limits for this store?
Credit card purchases are limited to USD $25,000. If your order surpasses this limit, please contact us.
Can I order products if I reside outside the USA?
No, our store currently only serves U.S. customers.
Why choose EXFO refurbished products over gray-market products?
All refurbished units:
- are EXFO-serviced and calibrated and certified to comply with EXFO's original specifications (excluding transport and datacom products). Calibration of transport and datacom refurbished demo products is available at an extra cost
- come with a six-month or one-year warranty depending on the age of the instrument
- are available in various configurations
